Aldersey, a village and a township in Coddington parish, Cheshire, on an affluent of the river Dee, 4 miles SW of Tattenhall station on the L. & N.W.R., and 8 SSE of Chester. Acreage, 803; population, 114. Aldersey Hall is the seat of the lord of the manor.
