Arrow, a village and a parish in Warwickshire. The village lies on the Arrow river, 1 mile SW of Alcester, and 8 W of Stratford-on-Avon, and its post town is Alcester, under Redditch. The chief feature is the Marquis of Hertfords magnificent seat of Ragley Park, situated on an eminence overlooking extensive scenery. The church is ancient, but has undergone repeated restorations; it has a Norman doorway, and in the chancel is a piscina; there is a fine alabaster reredos, erected to the memory of the late Marquis of Hertford, and there are several monuments to members of the Seymour family.
