Our Delivery policy
We try to despatch all orders within 2 business days by Royal Mail first class post or air mail. Should there be a delay for whatever reason we will inform you by email. As soon as your order has been despatched we will also inform you.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Outside Europe: 5-10 business days.
These delivery times cannot be guaranteed and could be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. They can also be quicker - we have had an item delivered to the USA within 3 days over a holiday period!
Our Returns policy
All of our CD's are manufactured to order and we believe that you have ample opportunity, before placing your order, to confirm both the quality and content of our products. Due to this, and the fact that these items can easily be copied, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- There is a fault with the item(s) and it fails to function correctly.
- The item(s) arrived in a damaged condition.
In all cases you should contact us immediately at the email address on the contact page. We may require the item to be returned to us at the address on the contact page, with a note stating what the problem is. We will test the item, where relevant, and if found to be faulty, replace it free of charge. If we can find nothing wrong with the item then it will be returned to you.
Should you wish to return the item(s) for any other reason then they will only be accepted within 7 working days, provided the seals are not broken. Customers are responsible for return postage, and an administration/restocking fee of £2.00 will be charged.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
